On August 3, 2019 the Latino festival was held at Fort Payne, AL city park . There is a very vibrant Latino community in the area and it was fun to see a cultural celebration like this in a small Alabama town.
Fortunately there was a rain shower that cooled things off just before things got started. Or you could go run through the splash pad next door.
